TiumBio will present updated interim phase 2 data for TU2218 (tosposertib) in combination with Keytruda (pembrolizumab) in recurrent or metastatic head and neck cancer. (Korea Biomedical Review) - May 25, 2026 - "Among 26 evaluable patients, the combination showed an overall response rate (ORR) of 58 percent and a disease control rate of 77 percent. Among 12 first-line patients, nine responded to treatment, including one complete response, resulting in a response rate of 75 percent. The company said it plans to share additional progression-free survival and overall survival (OS) data during the poster session."
