Successful Treatment of Lupus Nephritis with Belimumab and Voclosporin: A Rare Case (NKF-SCM 2024) - Mar 23, 2024 - Abstract #52; " A 28-year-old female, diagnosed with SLE and LN class III and V since 2017, presented with multiple episodes of SLE flare-ups, extra-renal manifestations, worsening of kidney function, and increasing proteinuria despite being treated with Mycophenolate Mofetil (MMF) and low dose prednisone. This case highlights the significant positive response achieved through the combination of Belimumab and Voclosporin, along with low-dose steroids, without any significant adverse effects. Further research is warranted to assess the safety and efficacy of combining Belimumab and Voclosporin in the management of LN."
