ZETOMIPZOMIB DEMONSTRATES CLINICALLY MEANINGFUL IMPROVEMENT IN UPCR IN NEPHROTIC RANGE PROTEINURIA PATIENTS: RESULTS FROM THE OPEN-LABEL MISSION STUDY (ERA-EDTA 2023) - May 4, 2023 - Abstract ##4210; Pres time: Jun 17, 2023; 08:30 AM - 09:45 AM; Location: Focussed Oral Room 9; "All 4 patients were on concomitant corticosteroids (mean dose: 19.81 mg/d), mycophenolate mofetil, hydroxychloroquine and antihypertensives. In this post-hoc subgroup analysis of MISSION Phase 2 study, zetomipzomib treatment demonstrated clinically meaningful improvement in UPCR and normalization of albumin levels in patients with nephrotic range proteinuria and hypoalbuminemia. These results further support the potential activity of zetomipzomib in hard-to-treat LN patients." Clinical • Nephrology • Renal Disease
