Zetomipzomib Is Associated With Clinically Meaningful Reduction of Proteinuria in LN Class III/IV With or Without Class V: Post-Hoc Analysis From the Open-Label MISSION Phase 2 Study (NKF-SCM 2023) - Feb 18, 2023 - Abstract #331; Location: Exhibit Hall; "All patients were on corticosteroids (mean dose: 20.2 mg/d), and 95.2% (20/21) and 66.7% (14/21) of patients were on mycophenolate mofetil/mycophenolic acid and hydroxychloroquine, respectively...CRR: UPCR ≤0.5, eGFR ≥60 mL/min/1.73m2 or no worsening of eGFR from baseline of ≥25%, daily prednisone (or equivalent) ≤10 mg and no use of prohibited medication. Conclusion Patients treated with zetomipzomib 60 mg SC QW achieved consistent renal responses across all LN biopsy classes by EOT, with additional responses observed at EOS (12 weeks post-treatment). Preservation of renal function was observed as evidenced by stable eGFR throughout the study. These data further support the results observed in the MISSION Phase 1b/2 study."
