Voclosporin Inhibits Calcineurin and T Cell Activation at Dose Levels Clinically Relevant for the Treatment of Lupus Nephritis (NKF-SCM 2023) - Feb 18, 2023 - Abstract #334; Location: Exhibit Hall; "In vivo dosing of voclosporin showed a predictable relationship between voclosporin concentration and inhibition of calcineurin activity in mouse whole blood. The EC50 was 16.4 ng/mL (95% CI: 9.83-29.5 ng/mL) and the Cmax of 130 ng/mL for the LN clinical dose is interpolated at 88.4% (95% CI: 81.6-93.3%) inhibition. Conclusion This study confirms that in addition to its podocyte effect for the treatment of LN, a clinically relevant voclosporin dose inhibits calcineurin and T cell activation."
