Vemurafenib achieved disease control in BRAF V600E–mutated Langerhans cell histiocytosis, while dabrafenib plus trametinib were used in tumors with MAPK pathway activation...In patients with PD-L1 positivity or hereditary cancer predisposition, including melanoma, osteosarcoma, squamous cell carcinoma, Ewing sarcoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and mesothelioma, nivolumab or pembrolizumab was used. A patient with VHL syndrome received belzutifan. Biomarker-guided personalized oncology is increasingly important in pediatric solid tumors and may expand therapeutic options, particularly for children with relapsed or refractory disease."
