lutetium zadavotide guraxetan (PNT2002) - Lantheus
Using radiobiology to infer biomarkers: an adaptive Bayesian trial design for 177 Lu-PSMA from the LUNAR trial (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-1268; "Aim/Introduction: LUNAR showed that neoadjuvant 177Lu-PNT2002 plus SBRT improves progression-free survival in oligorecurrent hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (HR 0.37) but used only 2 cycles at 6.8 GBq... Current trials prescribe activity without measuring dose. Our LUNAR-calibrated Bayesian cure model using a ~43 GBq MTA ceiling explored two biological mechanisms that drive opposite optimal cycle counts. Because each mechanism maps to an imageable or fluid biomarker, an adaptive Bayesian trial embedding them as structural inputs can help improving the scheduling design."
