[¹⁶¹Tb]Tb-CP04 for CCK2R-Targeted Radioligand Therapy in Advanced Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma: First-in-Human Study Design (Acronim MTC-Tb) (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EPS-144; Pres time: Oct 19, 2026; 03:00 PM - 04:30 PM; Location: Hall G2; "Currently approved multikinase inhibitors, such as cabozantinib and vandetanib, provide temporary disease control without a clear overall survival benefit. Although selpercatinib has demonstrated high efficacy in patients with RET-mutated MTC, this subgroup counts for only about 25% of cases, leaving the majority of patients without access to effective targeted therapies... Radioligand therapy with [¹⁶¹Tb]Tb-CP04 represents a promising targeted treatment strategy for patients with advanced, inoperable MTC. Its radiophysical properties may enable improved tumor control with acceptable toxicity, addressing an unmet clinical need."
