In this case of pediatriconset sporadic MTC with liverdominant oligoprogression, ⁹⁰Y TARE achieved a clinically meaningful biochemical and radiological response with a favourable safety profile. To our knowledge, this represents the first reported use of TARE in liver metastases from pediatriconset sporadic MTC, supporting its consideration as a safe and effective locoregional option in selected cases. Longer follow-up is warranted."
