Eli Lilly and Company...announced new Phase 1 data showing that its investigational folate receptor alpha (FRα) antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) sofetabart mipitecan (Sofe-M) plus bevacizumab achieved a confirmed objective response rate (cORR) of 79% and a disease control rate (DCR) of 100% in patients with platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer (PSOC) (PRNewswire) - Oct 24, 2026 - "As of the July 6, 2026, data cutoff, the cORR among the 29 patients with measurable disease was 79.3% (23/29; 6 complete responses [CR, 20.7%] and 17 partial responses [PR, 58.6%]), and DCR was 100%. Responses were consistent across FRα expression levels and prior PARPi exposure. Median duration of response (DOR) and median progression-free survival (PFS) were not reached at median follow-ups of 6.2 and 10.2 months, respectively...Sofe-M plus bevacizumab demonstrated a safety profile consistent with the known profiles of each medicine. No new safety signals were observed." P1 data • Platinum sensitive • Ovarian Cancer
