LORLATINIB IN ALK-POSITIVE LYMPHOMA PATIENTS REFRACTORY AND PREVIOUSLY EXPOSED TO OTHER TYROSINE KINASE INHIBITORS (SIE 2026) - Oct 6, 2026 - Abstract #DP169; Pres time: Sep 22, 2026; 06:30 PM - 07:30 PM; Location: AREA POSTER; P2 | "Among these, 50–70% achieve durable remis- sion with crizotinib, a first-generation ALK tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), but outcomes after TKI failure remain poor. Lorlatinib induced high and durable response rates with favorable tolerability in R/R ALK-positive lympho- mas. Early combined 18F-FDG PET and RT-PCR assessment may identify patients likely to achieve sustained remission versus those requiring early treatment consolidation."
