MAPPING REAL WORLD TREATMENT JOURNEYS OF HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA IN THE IMMUNOTHERAPY ERA (AASLD 2026) - Oct 6, 2026 - Abstract #4214; Pres time: Nov 8, 2026; 01:00 PM - 02:00 PM; Location: Convention Center: Poster Hall, Hall DE; "Durvalumab-based regimens rose from 0% of first-line systemic use in 2020-2021 to 42% by 2024 (Cochran-Armitage z = +7.83, p < 0.0001), and sorafenib fell from 14% in 2020 to 0% from 2023 onward (z = -4.52, p < 0.0001), while atezolizumab +bevacizumab maintained an overall share of approximately 31% with a modest rising trend (z = +1.77, onesided p = 0.038). Nivolumab fell from 27% in 2020 to near-zero by 2024. Oral TKIs were infrequent across the dual-enrolled subset, with lenvatinib (4.4%) the most common, followed by cabozantinib (1.7%), sorafenib (1.4%), and regorafenib (0.9%). Real-world HCC treatment heterogeneity is concentrated at the drug-choice layer rather than in macrosequencing, and the IO era has produced consolidation around dominant immunotherapy combinations, while shifting systemic therapy earlier in the patient journey. These findings reframe the post-immunotherapy treatment landscape and provide a quantitative baseline against which..."
