NOVEL GENETIC VARIANTS ASSOCIATED WITH IMMUNE-MEDIATED LIVER INJURY FROM CHECKPOINT INHIBITORS: RESULTS FROM THE DILIN REGISTRY AND AN INDEPENDENT COHORT (AASLD 2026) - Oct 6, 2026 - Abstract #167; "Ipilimumab, nivolumab, and pembrolizumab were the most frequently implicated agents in both cohorts. Three novel SNPs associated with ILICI were identified in a large cohort of adjudicated ILICI cases compared to ICI exposed controls and unexposed controls. The variant in CDK10 is of particular interest as the gene has previously been identified as suppressor of tumor immune surveillance and warrants further validation."
