Conclusions. In this real-world cohort of elderly patients with advanced cHL, N-AVD achieved high response rates de- spite dose attenuation; however, early progression events were frequent, likely reflecting a frailer population underrep- resented in clinical trials, as a substantial proportion of our patient cohort would not have met S1826 eligibility criteria."
