Impaired JNK signaling disrupts fibroblast-immune crosstalk and skin homeostasis in a cytokine-induced 3D psoriatic skin model (ESDR 2026) - Oct 5, 2026 - Abstract #103; "Psoriatic-like FTHSE were stimulated with TNF-α and IL-22 (10 μg/mL each) in the presence or absence of the JNK inhibitor SP600125 (10 or 50 µM) for 14 days...Overall, JNK inhibition disrupts epidermal structure and barrier function in FTHSE and impairs the ability of HDF to promote anti-inflammatory monocyte polarization. These findings suggest reduced JNK signaling may contribute to persistent inflammation in psoriasis."
