Postoperative management should rely on objective monitoringrather than symptoms alone, as endoscopic recurrence frequently precedes clinical relapse.Ileocolonoscopy at 6–12 months after resection remains the cornerstone of postoperative monitoringand guides subsequent treatment optimization. Ultimately, achieving durable remission requires close collaboration between gastroenterologists andcolorectal surgeons throughout the disease course, integrating appropriate biologic therapy, timelysurgery, perioperative optimization, and postoperative recurrence prevention."
