Icotrokinra, an IL-23 Receptor Targeted Oral Peptide, in Biologic-Naïve Participants With Active Psoriatic Arthritis: Results Through Week 24 of a Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study (ACR Convergence 2026) - Oct 16, 2026 - Abstract #LB12; Pres time: Nov 10, 2026; 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM; Location: WB1&2; P3 | " In ICONIC-PsA 1, biologic-naïve adults with active PsA (≥3/≥3 swollen/tender joints, CRP ≥0.1mg/dL), despite treatment with csDMARDs and/or apremilast, were randomized (5:5:5:3) to receive once-daily oral ICO 200mg, ICO 400mg, placebo (PBO), or subcutaneous 45mg (≤100 kg) or 90mg ( >100 kg) ustekinumab (UST) at W0, W4, then every 12 weeks (safety reference arm through W52; no formal statistical comparisons). In biologic-naïve pts with active PsA, once-daily ICO 200mg demonstrated both joint and skin improvements vs PBO at W16, with 400mg showing no additional benefit beyond the 200mg dose. Continued improvements were observed through W24 for both joint and skin responses. AE profiles were comparable across groups with no new safety signals identified."
