PRAC adopted updates to sections 4.4 and 4.8 of the SmPC to revise the wording on Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), and to add SJS/TEN as adverse drug reactions with a frequency of ‘uncommon’, based on post marketing data and literature.
