Durable Response to Definitive-Intent Immunotherapy for High-Risk MMR-Deficient/MSI-H Gastroesophageal Cancer (ACS-CLINCON 2026) - Sep 22, 2026 - Pres time: Sep 28, 2026; 02:52 PM - 03:00 PM; Location: Room 143ABC; In Person Only; "Immunotherapy regimens include pembrolizumab (n=6) and ipilimumab/nivolumab (n=10). We report one of the largest cohorts of dMMR/MSI-H GEC patients managed with definitive-intent immunotherapy with 2 years of durable nonoperative disease-free survival. These results support the viability of definitive-intent immunotherapy and necessitate prospective studies to clarify optimal regimen and duration for this treatment paradigm."
