Mezigdomide is safe in the post CAR-T setting and shows preliminary efficacy in patients who have residual myeloma, supporting the hypothesis that mezigdomide augments CAR-T cell response via enhanced residual CAR-T efficacy and/or direct CELMoD anti-myeloma activity."
