LUB006 displayed superior BAFF/APRIL binding affinity and blocking activity to Telitacicept and Povetacicept, and comparable IFNAR1 binding affinity and pSTAT1 inhibition to that of Anifrolumab. LUB006 exhibited superior activity against BAFF/APRIL in both in vitro assays and an in vivo PD model compared to competitors. Additionally, we demonstrated the synergistic benefit of dual-pathway inhibition in suppressing B cell proliferation and in a bm12-inducible lupus model. These preclinical findings suggest that LUB006 may offer enhanced therapeutic efficacy for SLE and other autoimmune diseases."
