Collectively, our data demonstrate strong in vivo efficacy of JAKi in experimental murine MMP and identify JAK signaling as a central regulatory axis. Furthermore, fibroblasts were highlighted as active contributors to disease pathogenesis, providing a potential link between stromal activation and therapeutic response in experimental models of MMP."
