Selective JAK Inhibition Ameliorates Disease Severity in Experimental Mucous Membrane Pemphigoid and highlights a pathogenetic role of fibroblasts (ESDR 2026) - Sep 9, 2026 - Abstract #148; Pres time: Sep 11, 2026; 09:00 AM - 10:30 AM; Location: Plenary - Hall 1; "Animals were treated with selective inhibitors targeting JAK1, JAK2, JAK3, TYK2, or pan-JAK using upadacitinib, fedratinib, decernotinib, deucravacitinib and peficitinib, respectively. Collectively, our data demonstrate strong in vivo efficacy of JAKi in experimental murine MMP and identify JAK signaling as a central regulatory axis. Furthermore, fibroblasts were highlighted as active contributors to disease pathogenesis, providing a potential link between stromal activation and therapeutic response in experimental models of MMP."
