Pre-treatment PET biomarkers are powerful predictors of survival in LBCL patients undergoing CAR T-cell therapy with lisocabtagene maraleucel. Moreover, higher SUVmax was associated with severe toxicities and complications. Hence, our findings support the integration of quantitative PET assessment into personalised risk stratification prior to CAR T-cell infusion in this specific setting."
