In RATIONALE-305 specimens, SP263-based TAP and CPS showed an ICC of 0.81, with overall agreements of 95%, 82%, and 85% at corresponding thresholds of 1, 5, and 10. However, PD-L1 assay harmonization has not yet been fully established, and further studies are warranted."
