Treating successfully and keeping long-term remission in a patient with chronic hand eczema using delgocitinib (EADV 2026) - Aug 6, 2026 - Abstract #PCC-174; CC-1644; Pres time: Sep 30, 2026; Location: ePoster Area; "Case Presentation A 47- year- old Caucasian female patient presented with redness, scaling, fissures, intense itching, and pain on both palms for the last 5 years, resistant to topical corticosteroids, calcineurin inhibitors, cyclosporine and alitretinoin. Our patient maintained the remission of disease for over a year by using the cream as a maintenance dose three times a week. Case reports like these suggest that studies with larger number of patients could in the future, help confirm the above benefits in daily clinical practice."
