Libtayo (cemiplimab) Longer-Term Data Show Increasing and Clinically Meaningful Overall Survival Benefit with Adjuvant Treatment in High-Risk Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma (CSCC) (GlobeNewswire) - Oct 25, 2026 - "With a median follow-up of 44 months, efficacy results for Libtayo compared to placebo showed sustained benefits for the primary endpoint of disease-free survival (DFS), and notably, an increasing overall survival (OS) benefit, a secondary endpoint. Specifically, there was a 37% reduction in the risk of death (hazard ratio [HR]: 0.63; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.36-1.11) at a median follow up of 44 months, up from 22% at a median follow up of 30 months (HR: 0.78; 95% CI: 0.39-1.56) and 14% at a median follow up of 24 months (HR: 0.86; 95% CI: 0.39-1.90). Notably, patients randomized to placebo were able to cross over to Libtayo after recurrence, and 61 of 69 placebo patients (88%) with recurrence received subsequent Libtayo."
