Patients receiving letermovir showed reduced CMV infection rates at both Week 12 and Week 24, reduced CMV viremia burden, and absence of CMV disease. These findings reinforce Letermovir's role as an effective and valuable addition to antiviral prophylaxis strategies for high-risk post-transplant patients."
