DONOR- AND DOSE- SPECIFIC ENDOTHELIAL ACTIVATION AND CLINICAL OUTCOMES AFTER ALLOGENEIC HEMATOPOIETIC CELL TRANSPLANTATION WITH POST-TRANSPLANT CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE (EBMT 2026) - Mar 14, 2026 - Abstract #B044; Pres time: Mar 24, 2026; 06:00 PM - 07:00 PM; Location: VELAZQUEZ; "At our institution, PTCy-based prophylaxis has been progressively implemented since 2013; tacrolimus (TK) is routinely combined, and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) is added in haploidentical transplants (haplo-HCT)...All CMV-positive recipients received letermovir, and all patients received G-CSF from day +7.As reported in Table 1, baseline characteristics were balanced... Endothelial activation after allo-HCT with PTCy appears influenced by donor type and PTCy dosing. Haplo-HCT showed the highest endothelial stress and the greatest burden of early infectious and cardiovascular complications, despite similar GVHD rates and survival outcomes across groups. Results support the conduction of studies evaluating whether early biomarker dynamics can predict post-transplant complicationss."
