IMPACT OF POST-TRANSPLANT CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE DOSE REDUCTION ON THE INCIDENCE OF COMPLICATIONS AND RELAPSE AFTER ALLOGENEIC TRANSPLANTATION (EBMT 2026) - Mar 14, 2026 - Abstract #B036; Pres time: Mar 24, 2026; 06:00 PM - 07:00 PM; Location: VELAZQUEZ; "Overall, 56% of patients (n=111) received CMV reactivation prophylaxis with letermovir. The reduced PTCy dose appears to be an effective and safe strategy, lowering the risk of CMV reactivation and chronic GVHD without increasing relapse or other adverse events. It also showed a trend toward reduced hemorrhagic cystitis, although this did not reach statistical significance, likely due to limited sample size."
