In this prospective real-world HTx and LuTx cohort, adjunctive CMVIG prophylaxis was associated with low rates of treatment-requiring CMV, CMV syndrome, and tissue-invasive disease at one year, with low rates of CMVIG-related adverse events. Final results from the complete 553-patient cohort will further clarify the role of CMVIG across CMV management settings in HTx and LuTx."
