Bioequivalent Generic Letermovir (Anvimo) prophylaxis in adult allo-HSCT recipients demonstrated favourable real-world effectiveness with low rates of CMV reactivation and clinically significant reactivation. The 100-day survival rate and low adverse event profile support the safety and tolerability of letermovir in routine clinical practice."
