IMPACT OF LETERMOVIR ON IMMUNE RECONSTITUTION AND INFECTION RISK AFTER ALLOGENEIC HEMATOPOIETIC STEM CELL TRANSPLANTATION IN CHILDREN: A SINGLE-CENTER RETROSPECTIVE STUDY (EBMT 2026) - Feb 7, 2026 - Abstract #P071; Pres time: Mar 22, 2026; 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM; Location: ePoster Area; "In this retrospective cohort, Letermovir demonstrated a favorable safety profile in pediatric HSCT recipients. There was no apparent increase in the risk of EBV, HHV-6, or GVHD, and effective immune reconstitution was observed during the intermediate and late post-transplant phases. Letermovir appears to be a feasible strategy for CMV prophylaxis in pediatric transplant settings."
