ULTRA-LOW SEVERE AGVHD AND FAVORABLE SAFETY PROFILE WITH ABATACEPT + ATG IN CNI-INTOLERANT HIGH-RISK ALLOGENEIC TRANSPLANT RECIPIENTS (EBMT 2026) - Feb 7, 2026 - Abstract #P139; Pres time: Mar 22, 2026; 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM; Location: ePoster Area; "Letermovir prophylaxis began within 6 days post-transplant. Abatacept combined with ATG yielded a low incidence of severe aGVHD with acceptable infectious and toxicity profiles in CNI-intolerant, high-risk HSCT recipients. The incidence of EBV viremia is consistent with previous reports and comparable to that in HLA-mismatched transplants. This regimen represents a feasible alternative prophylaxis strategy and warrants validation in larger prospective studies."
