DECIPHERING THE DYNAMICS OF CYTOMEGALOVIRUS-SPECIFIC T CELLS BY DEXTRAMERS AFTER ALLO-HSCT WITH PT-CY AND LETERMOVIR PROPHYLAXIS (SIE 2025) - Oct 27, 2025 - Abstract #C042; Pres time: Oct 21, 2025; 11:50 AM - 01:20 PM; Location: ROOM GIALLA; "CMV-specific T cells protect patients against CRE, but the driver of their emergence need to be explored, especially in the setting of LTV and post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PT-Cy). Interestingly, while our data underscore the role of antigen exposure in the expansion of these cells, they also show that CMV-specific immunity can be elicited also in the absence of CMV reactivation. The definition of the stimuli driving this emergence might allow the identification of patients who mostly benefit from extended LTV prophylaxis." Virus specific T cells • Bone Marrow Transplantation • Cytomegalovirus Infection • Graft versus Host Disease • Hematological Malignancies • Immunology • CD8
