The higher chronic GVHD rate likely reflects selection bias, as sicker patients were more likely to receive ruxolitinib, and the overall survival difference should be interpreted with similar caution. Ruxolitinib appears usable postalloHCT without major infectious safety concerns in ALL, although prospective studies are needed to define its optimal role."
