Identifying Drivers of Patient-Reported Treatment Burden to Inform Symptom Management in Newly Diagnosed Ph+ ALL: Results From the Phase 3 PhALLCON Study (SOHO 2026) - Sep 1, 2026 - Abstract #ALL-514; Location: LEVEL 3, HALL B3; " This exploratory analysis used data from the phase 3 PhALLCON trial comparing ponatinib vs imatinib with reduced-intensity chemotherapy. Patient-reported bother was driven primarily by symptomatic and cumulative AE burden rather than severe toxicity alone. GI AEs were key contributors, associated with distinct treatment-specific patterns, lifestyle, and metabolic factors. These findings support proactive, patient-centered symptom management to reduce treatment burden in frontline Ph+ ALL."
