Evaluated therapies included FGFR inhibitors (pemigatinib, futibatinib, infigratinib), the IDH1 inhibitor ivosidenib, HER2-directed regimens (trastuzumab-based therapies and zanidatamab), dabrafenib plus trametinib, zenocutuzumab, and conventional chemotherapy/immunotherapy controls. Most patients had metastatic disease (81.6%), ECOG 0â1 status (87.3%), and prior systemic therapy exposure."
