The IncuCyte analysis showed that both VISTA- and Mesothelin-targeted CAR T-cells at the lower E:T ratios of 0.5:1 and 1:1 led to potent killing of the MM cell lines HAY, H2461, and H2373. Conclusions : These findings offer valuable insights into the regulatory mechanisms governing VISTA-mediated immunoregulation in MM, as well as the effectiveness of VISTA- and mesothelin-targeted CAR T-cells in malignant mesothelioma."
