CheckMate 8HW at ESMO 2026: Final OS Results With Nivolumab Plus Ipilimumab in MSI-H/dMMR mCRC (OncoDaily) - Oct 24, 2026 - "At the May 28, 2026 data cutoff, median follow-up was 68.1 months (range 37.6–81.4) across all treatment lines and 63.0 months (range 37.6–80.2) in the first-line population....Nivolumab plus ipilimumab demonstrated a statistically significant OS benefit compared with nivolumab monotherapy (HR 0.61; 95% CI 0.46–0.82; p=0.0009). Median OS was not reached in either treatment group. The estimated five-year OS rate was 74% with nivolumab plus ipilimumab compared with 62% with nivolumab monotherapy....Across all treatment lines, median PFS was not reached with nivolumab plus ipilimumab (95% CI 71.7 months–not estimable), compared with 39.3 months (95% CI 23.0–58.7) with nivolumab monotherapy (HR 0.60; 95% CI 0.47–0.77)."
