Rheumatoid Factor (RF) Distribution in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA): Results from the CorEvitas US RS Registry (ACR Convergence 2026) - Sep 8, 2026 - Abstract #1460; Pres time: Nov 9, 2026; 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM; Location: WB1&2; In Person; "This mechanism is particularly important when selecting a TNF inhibitor (TNFi) as options exist both with an Fc portion (adalimumab, infliximab, etanercept, golimumab) and without an Fc portion (certolizumab pegol).3 Despite evidence that RF levels may play a role in treatment decision-making when selecting a TNFi, large-scale real-world data describing the distribution of RF levels in patients with RA are limited. A higher proportion of patients with RF ≥200 IU/mL were male, current or former smokers, and had longer disease duration compared to those with RF < 200 IU/mL, which warrants further study to evaluate their potential relevance for personalized RA management when TNFi therapy is considered."
