A Pan Gamma-Delta (γδ) T cell Engager to Induce In Vivo Expansion of γδ T cells for Deep B cell Depletion in Autoimmune Diseases (ACR Convergence 2026) - Sep 8, 2026 - Abstract #965; Pres time: Nov 9, 2026; 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM; Location: WB1&2; In Person; " INB-619 activation and expansion of γδ T cells and B cell depletion were confirmed by co-incubation of PBMC from subjects with active SLE (n=3) with either INB-619, blinatumomab (BLI) or mosunetuzumab (MOS) assessed over 10 days for lymphocytes, B cell depletion and cytokine section. INB-619 is a novel CD19-targeting pan-γδ TCE that expands and activates both major γδ T cell subtypes to eliminate CD19+ cells in vitro and in vivo. The combined expansion and activation of tissue-resident Vδ1 and circulating Vδ2 populations, with the favorable cytokine pattern, suggests that INB-619 could provide deep B cell depletion with a clinically relevant improvement in safety over current methods."
