Among 8,293 patients with IBD, 3,164 received JAKi and 5,129 received anti-TNF therapy (Table 1). JAKi-treated patients had higher HZ incidence rates than anti-TNF patients (32.81 vs. 14.58 per 1,000 person-years; p< 0.001)."
