Time-to-Event Outcomes of Blinatumomab Versus Chemotherapy in First-Relapse Pediatric and Adolescent/Young Adult B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia: A Systematic Review and Reconstructed Individual Patient Data Meta-Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials (SOHO 2026) - Sep 1, 2026 - Abstract #ALL-1597; Location: LEVEL 3, HALL B3; "Blinatumomab-based therapy was associated with significantly improved EFS and OS compared with conventional chemotherapy in pediatric and AYA patients with first-relapse B-ALL. These findings support incorporation of blinatumomab into salvage treatment strategies. Further prospective studies are warranted to confirm these findings and optimize integration with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and emerging immunotherapeutic approaches."
