In this exploratory subgroup analysis of the FIBRONEER™-ILD trial, nerandomilast showed consistent trends toward reduced FVC decline and disease progression in patients with IIM-ILD. These findings, despite the small sample size, suggest that nerandomilast may have therapeutic potential in IIM-ILD."
