ABBV-466, A NOVEL DUAL-TARGETING THERAPY, LEADS TO ENDOSCOPIC REMISSION IN MODERATE-TO-SEVERE CROHN'S DISEASE: PRIMARY RESULTS AND MOLECULAR PROFILING FROM THE PHASE 2A TARGET-CD STUDY (UEGW 2026) - Sep 24, 2026 - Abstract #LB08; Pres time: Oct 19, 2026; 10:10 AM - 10:20 AM; Location: Room UEG Forum; P2 | "Introduction: Analysis of patients (pts) with Crohn's disease (CD) treated with risankizumab (RZB) in the phase 3 studies who achieved clinical response, yet failed to achieve endoscopic remission, demonstrated a persistent signature of the α4β7 pathway in mucosal biopsies. ABBV-466 is a novel dual-targeting therapy comprising RZB against IL-23 p19 and trosunilimab (TROSU) against α4β7... In pts with moderate-to-severe CD, ABBV-466 therapy demonstrated a higher endoscopic remission rate than either monotherapy at Wk12, which increased through Wk24. This was accompanied by coordinated mechanistic changes indicative of mucosal healing. ABBV-466 was well tolerated with no concerning safety signals."
