Real-World Treatment Discontinuation of Risankizumab Versus IL-17 Inhibitors in Japanese Patients With Psoriatic Arthritis (ACR Convergence 2026) - Sep 8, 2026 - Abstract #1327; Pres time: Nov 9, 2026; 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM; Location: WB1&2; In Person; " Adult patients with a PsA diagnosis who initiated risankizumab or an IL-17 inhibitor (bimekizumab, brodalumab, ixekizumab, or secukinumab) between March 2019 and October 2024 were identified in the JMDC database. In this real-world analysis of Japanese patients with PsA, risankizumab was associated with a significantly lower hazard of treatment discontinuation over 12 months compared with bimekizumab and other IL-17 inhibitors. Statistically significant differences in discontinuation probabilities were observed as early as 6 months. These findings suggest clinically relevant differences in patients' ability to stay on treatment that may inform biologic treatment selection in routine practice."
