This first real-world analysis demonstrates clinical efficacy of vamorolone regarding stabilization or even mild improvement in adult DMD patients who were CS-naïve, had discontinued previous CS treatment, or switched from other CS. This data further highlights the importance of continued corticosteroid treatment beyond loss of ambulation."
