(PubMed, EJHaem) - Oct 26, 2026 - "Obinutuzumab plus venetoclax was followed by clinical improvement and regression of the interstitial lung opacities on follow-up imaging. This case supports combining BAL flow cytometry with tissue confirmation in this unusual pulmonary presentation.
