FOLLICULAR LYMPHOMA IN THE IMMUNOTHERAPY ERA: ANALYSIS OF A LARGE SINGLE-CENTER COHORT (2010–2023) (SIE 2026) - Oct 6, 2026 - Abstract #SP081; "Although a trend toward higher ORR was observed for R-CHOP com- pared with R-bendamustine (99% vs. 90%; RR 1.1, 95% CI 1.00–1.21), statistical significance was not seen (p = 0.051). Of these, 160/191 initiated maintenance with monoclonal antibody, and 97 (61%) completed it.Disease progression or histological transformation within 24 months from first-line therapy occurred in 15% of pts.The incidence of second ma- lignancies at 10 years was 9.2%. Specific causes of mortali- ty at 10 years were: 8.0% due to disease, 3.8% due to treat- ment-related toxicity, 4.3% due to second malignancies; 5.3% and 5.1% due to unrelated and unknown causes, re- spectively.Further analyses (TTNT, toxicity, COVID impact, POD24, etc.) are ongoing."
